we say our last good bye to REVERAND ELIZABETH
On Wednesday the 16th of January Reverend Elizabeth came to do her last assembly with us BUT....instead we gave her a special good bye assembly because sadly she is leaving us and our church to become a vicar of her own parish.
We had made a lovely book with pictures of all the classes in the school with Mrs Wyatts help, and signed by them with a good bye message,then Conner and Clara in yr 4 gave her a beautiful hand made plate which had four children on in our school uniform saying good luck Elizabeth. We also had two children from each class say a little message to her about how much we are going to miss her but all the best of luck to her in the future !!!!. Reverend Elizabeth has been at our church for eight and a half years, most of us would know Elizabeth from church and she baptised most of us. When she used to come to our school she would tell us stories about Jesus but would change them and make them a lot more exciting for us to listen to and to watch her, sometimes some children acted them out !!!!!, At the end of our Assembly we sang 'Rejoice in the Lord Always' to her.

Wow how sad.There is me in that photo and i was nearly crying. well done that was veary sad hope she comes back to see.
